so how do you convince yourself for arabs actions?

They are no authority in Islam so I do not find any need to convince myself to follow them.

For a Muslim there is a Quran, Rasool :SAW: and Sunnat-e-Rasool and Ahadeeth Mubarika... (Saha Sitta) ...

Arab can issue a Fatwah anytime they feel uncomfortable, like they issued a Fatwah about Haraam meal and said eat saying Bismillah... but they still need to convince Umma't how a non-zabeeha can become zabeeha halaal by saying Bismillah before eating?

Well I am expecting comments from many people about it, and to be honest none is gonna worth to me, unless you say Bismillah while Slaughtering a Halaal Animal in the name of Allah :SWT: ...

I agree with AQ and ATA bhai.. Arabs are only 15% of Muslim world, even if they were majority, I would still not follow them. I will only follow what is in the Quran and Hadiths.

Excellent example ATA pointed out about zabiha meat, most Arabs sadly eat non-zabiha meat, giving the argument of "people of booK" when they very well know the slaughtering procedures these corporations go through. When people are eating haram, no wonder the halaat that falls upon them.

Eid moon should be sighted locally, if your masjid is not following local sighting then scholarly opinion is to follow your mosque anyway. That's the end deal.
