The short answer is No. Why? Because there are laws on the books to protect a "heavily persecuted minority". Holocaust denial is part of those "protective laws". No one should have the right to outright break the law. If you don't like a law, then go challenge it in the legislature.
Why then should the Danish newpaper people be allowed to get away with isulting Muslims and provoking hatred and bigotry towards Muslims? Arent Muslims a minority and arent they also being persecuted these days?!?!
Freedom of speech cant be limited to insulting or offending just one group, dont you agree? All or nothing.
And what if challeneging it, gets you no where?!?! Some of the biggest changes in civilization occured through civil disobedience...
