No one like grammar. In Pakistan there is so much stress given to learn grammar, whether it is english or urdu but it doesn’t make anyones learn to speak the language. Anyways, why the first lesson is not about arabic alphabets? and also why there is an assumption that everyone actually knows what ism, faal is? and third can you give us some examples, and later on a work sheet (homework) where I will actually do some exercises and then you can post its solutions and we can then compare our answers to the solution. (or may be Paklinks can have a repository where we can upload solutions. This way you can track how many people are taking it seriously and after the first cycle make it private and intense)

btw example could be but not like limited to the following way:

English: what is your name?

Arabic:
mā ismik?
(if you are a woman)
where
mā = what
ism= name
ik= may be it is helping verb.
