whenever i use aqua eye liner …after few minutes it all smug on my eye lids…how to avoid it

my suggestion would be use an eye primer, and a sealant, i know napoleon perdis here has a good eyeliner sealer, but that's aussie, i wouldn't know if you could get it in pakistan.
do you apply liquid or pencil? because pencil would naturally smudge, but if it's liquid that's smudging, choose a waterproof formula.

Try using Urban Decay Primer Potion on your lid and then apply your eyeliner.

Wet an eyeliner brush with a sealer and line your eyes, after it dries you can use ur eye liner on top. Benefits She Laq is good & I cant think of the exact names atm but Kryolan & MUFE have them as well.

use super shock mascara fron avon...it is really gud

real aqua liner doenot smudge so dont worry

nai hyperstar se lia tha....cake form main hai or thora oily b lag rha hai
