You need to go to a mechanic for tune up dil and dimagh, they should be synchronized to each other ... ( :-p )
PS: depends on the condition and matter, if its related to family people or ahem..., then listen to the heart, for every thing else there is master called Brain :-)

Do what I do… before making any decision, you must be hearing two voices from inside you, one is louder and one is low, louder usually comes from heart and lower usually comes from brain, people usually ignore the lower voice, but you don’t do it. Listen to both the voices, compare them, try to imagine the result of both the voices, and then pick the one which you feel has less harm! …
To listen the voice, you have to concentrate hard while keeping the eyes shut!
