na i fry them in oil , put loads of oil , jaysa pakooray fry keartay hain , fry them like that !

ek ek daalnay kay baja'aay saree chops dal dain , add couple of glass of water and then bhun'na shurrruu , gurru !

i dont add timatars :p

waqfay waqfay say oil nikaal thay rahhay kahra'ee say ! in end bas tora sa oild bacha kay put them on low heat for 15 mins , then opper say lamon juice or daniya , adrak dal dain !

the whole bhuna'ee process may takes upto 90 mins or more !
