My studies are from Karachi can give some hints regarding Medical Sciences studies in Karachi but you need further verification.
For to apply in any Public Sector Profesional Univery/College in Pakistan , you have always following options.
Open Merit
Quota system
Reseved seats
Foriengn Students
Self fianance Scheme.
Always you need 60% of Marks in your 12 Year Education (O/A level or Higher Secondary School Certificate) and you will have to Pass their Entry Test (IBA (institute of business administration), was conducting Entry Test for DOW and SMC , but now who is conducting these entry tests I donot know)
And your Subjects in the Elibility Certificate Must have Biology , Botany and Chemistry.
The First three options are for Pakistani Nationals completely.
In self fianance scheme they may fill foreingners or Pakistanis.
