Striking up a conversation isn’t that difficult. Exchanging a smile, a few witty words, see if the other person is receptive. If you can prolong the conversation, get a sense of the vibes between you. If you can’t prolong the conversation contrive to bump into each other again. Either way, take a chance and ask them out for coffee. It’s the most harmless “date” request because the other person can’t read too much into it, other than a friendly overture.
well it’s not the same case wih every girl…not all girls would start talking to any guy directly or just because he started the convo…and not evry man on this earth is so smart/witty to be able to strike a convo…well maybe unless if the girl’s ‘quite free’…and here i guess we dont specifically know what kind of girl we’re talking about, so i guess we should look at it in evry angle
another way would be, maybe try working on the same project..or department as tht lady

I find women very complicated to understand. They change so quickly and are not stable creatures. I got a very good contact with a girl, and she liked to talk to me, and I ended up inn falling in love with her.
