Yes when I was getting married I had the feeling that this is the end of my independent life. I had many many fears and all of them came true and I experienced worse than I expected.

What did I do to overcome them ? nothing…I compromised with almost everything.

I don’t think you can do anything to overcome your apprehensions. They will themselves disappear once you start enjoying your married life and when you start experiencing true happiness with your better half.
