^^ Well if the person is a private appraiser, they can choose to set their office at home but they would still have to visit the property they are going to appraise. As for rest of the paperwork or office work is concerned, yes the person can do that from home.

nope...its the TIME dat creates distinction. n home give me a break. the most unpredictable things u gonna face, is home (which still dont bothers u :D)
