i specified 'reputable' medical colleges and universities. the type of universities you are talking about exist everywhere-I know several people who couldnt get an admission here in pakistan and they went to universities in US,UK,China and paid for their admission and have done their graduation there-not to mention that they are not yet accepted here in pakistan since they couldnt passthe equivalence test and thus cannot work in recognised hospitals-they are just doing private practice at their own !
