Hey alll…
i have a sum parties and weddings comin up next month n i want my makeup to look flawless on it..can u please suggest that what is the best way to apply foundation to get professional makeup look ( Sponge, Brush, any other ) ???
I have tried foundation brushes like MAC 190 but i dun seem to handle them well and they dun give very fine results so wt u all suggest?
Also i have Mary K mineral foundation brush and extra blusher brushes…can i use them to apply liquid foundation???

A MAC or any other stipling brush should do the trick. Please don't bother with a foundation brush. Stiplings are much better.

get a stippling brush. it takes a long time to stipple it in but its worth it.

always use a brush. start from the center of ur face n move out.

You can start off with a brush and then use your fingers to really work the foundation.
Dont forget to moisturise before and set the foundation with powder after

I think there is one stippling brush by MAC its MAC 187.....but can u tell the basic diff b/w the regular brushes and stippling one?????

A stippling brush gives an 'air-brushed' finish it works well if you have any blemishes as you can 'layer' it on.. and it doesn't leave any streaks. Your skin has to be prepped-well beforehand with a good exfoliator and moisturizer.

I just blend it with my fingers or a sponge and it always looks perfect. Yes make sure you moisturize your skin well.

I always use a brush...mine is just a regular foundation brush but I will definitely try the stipling brush too!
