This is a prime example of how muslims would jump on the bandwagon and get all emotional without first verifying the news from the source, which in this case would be 'apple.com'
I mean, believing what's written in some blog and then spreading the news is being really gullible, and thats not how a believer is supposed to be.

Are u suggesting that a company like Apple would do this on purpose? I am sorry but I just fail to understand how a company could be willing to take a loss like this. I dont think it was meant to disrespect muslims or anything associated with them. Muslims should stop being extra sensitive and over reactive of what ever goes around the world!

Is it verified that the building is called 'Apple Mecca'. If so then they definately had the kaaba in mind. If not, then no need for any fuss, its just a building.

There are hundreds of places that are called mecca. the muslims dont own the word. "A vacation mecca" some romantic beach resorts etc... Just cuz the building looks like the kaaba doesnt give us the right to get furious.
Are you suggesting that if you own a house that you love so much.. nobody else can build a house just like yours? I think if someone else builds a house just like urs, he is only appreciating ur design. If this building is indeed designed after the kaaba, then I guess the artist was appreciating what kaaba had to offer.

You're getting worked up over nothing. IF they built it resembling the kaaba then they had it in mind, regardless of their intentions. Otherwise its a huge coincidence. Besides it seems to be a hoax anyway.

Speaking of Ummah... I think the so called Ummah doesnt exist anymore. If that was the case shouldnt a muslim soilder in a Pak uniform care and not kill a muslim soilder in the Indian unifrom and vice versa? But that is not the case and its only normal what goes on. So with that being said I think the so called Ummah is now limited to ones geographic boundaries and to me fighting for that cause makes more sense.

I'm speculating on if Apple had Mecca and the Kaaba in mind and you're on about killing. I guess some have difficulty reading English.
Anyway if you want to make a positive contribution, contact the blogger and ask him to stop spreading concoted stories.
