A quick question.
1- Having a glassc of apple juice in breakfast is good or not?
If yes then
2- how would we take it? with empty stomach or after eating a proper breakfast meal?
3- can we have it every morning?
I didn’t get the time to google so thought to ask here, hope it’ll help.

I used to have freshly extracted carrots juice after child birth. It helped me so much in getting back normal haemoglobin value again. I used to have it before having my breakfast. So I guess you can have apple juice before you eat anything and I don’t think there should be a problem having apple juice everyday unless it has added sugar in it and you are conscious about sugar intake otherwise pure apple juice is :k:
