If it was intended for me, I might tell you that you are refering a wrong person about Apple,

Phatima will get exactly the same iPod (if at all exchanged) which she now has. And a brand new of that generation costs like 50 $ in eBay, so you may ask yourself, is it worth all the trouble?

I called Apple last night (after being on wait listening to the strangest music) and I told the guy it was freezing often. He asked how often, and I lied and said like every week. He told me how to restart it, and he said if I had further problems, then I should call back and let them know. I’m not gonna bother restarting it, but tonight I’m calling Apple back up and telling them that I’m still having the same problem.
