phatima i am telling u apple have very good service in case of damages or wat ever u mentioning.
just give them a call n tell them that this happening.

n then take it to the store. u will get a new one.

The good service is only until your warranty exists. After that, you’re better off selling your iPod, adding some more money and buying a new one
