Potato Wedges

got the frozen ones jalpari
baked them in oven, didn’t fry.
but I have a saved recipe from some time back..Haven’t tried it myself though..here it is:
Potatoes - 3
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Flour - 1 cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Salt - as required
Cut potatoes in to wedges. Mix flour with salt, red chili powder and water to make a paste. Dip potatoes in prepared mixture then deep fry till golden brown.
