Don't see a problem except that you seem to have no proper time to eat. if you eat all the time little stuff what you crave on, your appetite is really not strong enough.

Other times when you eat and eat and not getting satiety perhaps you have something on your mind related to the situation around you and you find eating a way to distract.

Biggest reasons for diet/weight change are

1- Psychological conditions. Not necessarily the person is crazy or whatevr but it may be something situational and temporary. Lets face it everer new event in our life is associated with food.

Our mind just works around appetite center too much.

a- Someone is born: We eat a good meal
b- Any festival: We eat good meal
c- Anniversary/birthday: We eat
d: Even if someone dies: We invite people and what do we do?...
eat!!
e- We are depressed: We either eat or stop eating.
f- We are happy: We eat. Rarely we stop eating.
g- We are anxious: We most of time stop eating. But may go eat too.

2- Thyroid disease.

3- Medications/supplements.

One good way for anyone is to watch the weight. Many real problems are associated with weight change.
