Hi folks! As the name suggests App of the Week is going to be a weekly feature in C&IT. On Wednesday of every week I will be reviewing an app that I have come across. The thread would remain sticky for the week. If you have come across an app that you really liked you too are welcome to write about it. Use the following template to write about the app and PM it to me, or open your own thread with the title: App of the Week: [App Name] [Platform]. I will be featuring it on the following week’s App of the Week and your writeup will stay sticky for a week
Please refer to this schedule to see when your review will be stickied! Ping me if you would like to be on the list: http://goo.gl/5rwGXP
I can start in apps. I've used recently "Gas buddy" in iOS especially since i was on a road trip. Usually on highways the gas stations are very expensive so you can easily locate the cheapest gas station nearby alongwith the distance from your loc. Its free. Also you can quote the latest gas price as well for any gas station and I think they offer some small incentive for that as well.
Sounds good Rayan. I was double minded about weather to include games, only because there are so many of them out there they would outnumber other general apps :) Perhaps that can be a parallel series called Mobile Game of the Week. Let's just stick to games on mobile platforms. Use the template in first post to write up your review and i'll sticky it.

Thanks SID, can you create a new thread using the template in the original post and i'll sticky it :)
Why not we keep all the new app posts in one thread so it stays at one place and we can get back to that whenever we want
That was considered too. Threads like this in the past have ended up being a bit messy. Also your review gets lost in the torrent of comments. This is going to be a slightly cleaner approach with a different thread for every app reviewed.
