lol... ya thats true. its illegal. but there are ways around it. for instance, having a proxy and a firewall helps a little ;)
i dunno about you guys, but i live in the US and my ISP is a major cable company. they got way too many customers to keep track of em all.
i paid 600 USD for a program i use sometimes to crop images and add text on it. lol (sarcasm)
