My father is an IT consultant, so he recently got his 1 yr project in Alferta, Georgia. we dont have any family or friends in that state… so i dont know what he will be doing.. where he is gonna live… he has to join the work from monday so he will leave from here on saturday…
right now he has booked an hotel near his office but we just realize its way too expensive… but he has to live in hotel untill he finds an apartment, mosque and he may also be sharing an appartment… so if you what will be the rent of the apartments thr, what is the cheapest one we can get, do you know any moques in that city, how far is the atlanta from alferta… or may be some websites where i can find apartments… i tried looking into yahoo but didnt find anyhing good…

I have passed through the town, it's not very big. It is north of Atlanta, and depending on where you want to go in Atlanta, it will be half to an hour drive.
The rents all over south are comparatively cheaper than north east. I suspect you will be able to find a good two bedroom apartment for 600--800 range.
thats not bad ahmad bhia......... thanks for your input.... 600 sounds very reasonable... cuz when he was workin in NJ, he was gettin 1 bed apartment for some 800-900 dollors
PP007, he shouldn't have a problem finding a reasonable deal for about 600 bucks. Atlanta is an ever growing city so the rent prices keep on going up, but it is still not unreasonable. Welcome to the South :)
