You might want to keep few these points in mind while looking for a property.

1. find out about the difference between the council tax of a house and flat.

2. go for gas central heating and hob…It’s way cheaper than electricity.

3. house with a garden might be a hassle to maintain.

4. close to tube station.

Good points.. need to find out about the council tax… most of the places we looked at have electric hobs but heating is all gas..

True about the garden… hmm.

No tubes at all in this place.. and the town is actually really tiny, probably won’t take more than a half hour walk to get from one side to the other - Thanks
