I have been waiting since 2001 to see when these “banned” groups will be eliminated. I’m still waiting. If a “banned” group can conduct jalsa and raise money publicly and send “commanders” then is it really banned? Who are we trying to kid here? Such events prove that our agencies and law enforcement still do not see SSP and such groups are clear threats. No wonder, we are getting a bad name for “terrorism”:grumpy:

Re: Anyone wonder why no one takes Pak fight against terrorists seriously?

SSP was banned way befoe 9/11 if i recall correctly. The group was banned and not the people, so they regroup in some other name and then that gets banned and they regroup in another name, a trick they learnt from the terrorists in middle east.

so thats due process for these clowns, find some charges and then arrest them. but govt has dealt with them with kid gloves...just pick em up and slap em around randomly until they sort themselves out,

But I am kinda bored of these guys, they should just be picked up and thrown in some maximum security prison for life.

Fraudia

SSP is not a harmless group to be bored about. The Commander Qari Abdul Jabbar that they are referring to actually belongs to Jaish-e-Mohammad and visited Lal Masjid several times. Many of his cadres were killed in the assault.

Clearly, the message has not sunk in to our establishment. We need a Ataturk or Egypt style clean up. You cannot keep these people around for future wars. They will destroy your own country first.

I know , SSP are among the original terrorists. I meant bored by that I am tired of teh way we are dealing with them, just get rid of them.
