Re: Anyone tried Slimming pills?
i took a few herbal ones, don't remember names now but they didn't make much diff. they just add plenty of chemicals to ur body pls u always return to previous weight as soon as u stop.i don't take any now. i sometimes take slimming tea which just clears up my stomach. but again continuous use of even the tea can dehydrate u n deprive of useful minerals but using it once a week or for few days can help flushing extra toxins out. Just don't take it right after meal to let food get somewat digested. Much better is to eat plenty of fibres n take natural laxatives like figs, prunes, dates, bran, flaxseed, metamucil etc and lots of water to keep u regular. this does help in losing weight.
Re: Anyone tried Slimming pills?
they totally ruin your metabolism, and also when you stop taking them you become twice the size..
jusrt eat healthy, cut out 2 carb meals, increase protien, take green tea supplements, drink green tea, ginseng and sea kelp, they regulate metabolism and also detox you...
exercise 3-5 times a week 45min-1hr and you should lose steadily...think of it as a lifestyle change..it may take you a year or 2 but it will be a permanent solution...
Re: Anyone tried Slimming pills?
I haven't read the whole thread, so this may have already been mentioned. However, after studying the mechanism of function of the majority of these pills, I personally would definitely not take them. A balanced diet and regular exercise is the way to go.
