Does anyone remember childhood poem:

Aik tha gatoo grey, us ke do more the
aik ka kala tha sar, aik ka peela tha per
gana gate the woh, dum hilate the woh

I love to teach this to my kid if anyone can recall it.

This is how much I remember too , will post more if I could recall it has been ages. I think it was in 3rd or 4th class Urdu Book.

I dont remember that at all , though I had memorize once , the whole of Sufi Ghulam Mustafa Tabassum's urdu rhymes.

I remember Eik thaa Larkaa Tot Batot, though

Maybe you should teach that to your kid .. :D
