SINCE im trying to lose weight now, i just weighed myself and im 80kg …wtffffffffffffff, anyway thats fine i can lose it. but doc has prescribed me Meliane, bcp, SO can i actually lose weight on the pill…i mean if i actively go on diet and exc can i still lose weight on this tablet. i hear al sort of weight gain horror stories…even if the weight gain is little, i still dont want to gain i need to LOSE.

I don't know about this particular pill, but for most birth control pills weight gain can be controlled with diet and exercise. How tall are you anyways?

When I started bcp I actually lost weight. I was taking Yasmin. So, Im not sure about this pill. But I think keeping active will help you.
