None of the dohas are written in shuddh hindi, these dohas are in braj and avadhi, both are dialect of hindi spoken in hindustani areas.
Conch(shankh) is blown in begning of any auspicious occasion, Bhagwan Shri Krishna used Panchjanya, in mahabharat war both war calling in the day and closing the war.
