It’s their ego thing. Especially those super hot guys. Haven’t you seen literally every other teen movie that comes out of hollywood has the same story line. Girl ignores guy, it hurts the guy’s ego since he is always surrounded by girls and so he is curious and runs after the gal that ignores him, eventually falling in love with her

It's because he is an indecisive wuss who doesn't know what he wants in life; doesnt take his life or anyone else's life seriously. He needs to grow up and learn that there is more to life than chasing around a girl who is not interested in him.

I think its true for both boys and girls. Girls and boys who look good and are attracted by everyone around them, take it as an insult if someone does not gives them much attention. So they follow them and do everything they can to grab that person's attention to satisfy their ego.

Its not about guys. Its true about everyone .. .. i mean true about girls as well .. ..
Its a human nature. Human is attracted more towards those things which are not EASY to get. If a guy does not pay that much attention to the girl,, the girl will go crazy about him and if he does the girl will take him for-granted! .. ..
Same goes for boys as well .. if a girl say yes in first meeting the boy will say .. it was piece of cake lets search for someone else who can keep him on toes for a while!
