I have these lyrics stuck in my head…it was from the mid 90’s…but i cant remember who sung it, if it was indian or pakistani, what film it was from or anything…

I know its not much to go by...but no one know what song this is?
this was a sad-ish song and was from a tape ( yeah that old) called dukh he dukh vol 5.
It wasnt sung by Udit or kumar sanu.
