The Pakistan Army Corps of Signals is a huge organization within an organization.
Are you looking for a particular officer/soldier serving in the corps of signals in Rawalpindi or are you trying to reach a particular battalion of the Signals stationed in Pindi?
If you want to correspond with the directorate of signals you can write to the GHQ.
If you have a querry for the College of Signals; it's in Isl at NUST.
If you need to contact the Signals HQ / home; it's in Kohat.
