anyone here married

mods delete this thread.. i have another thread similar to this one..

Re: anyone here married

I'm feeling evil, Lahori.

What if you marry a village girl........because her innocence/haya charmed you. And THEN....after years of a blissful marriage.....and several little Lahoris running around.........you somehow find out that she had a tryst with the local doodh-wala.

PHIR TUMHARA KYYAAAAAAAAA HOGAAAAA?????????????????? Will you cast her out of your home and life?

Re: anyone here married

.

like in Pakistan or in the West...cus I grew up in this small town village in the US, and basicall the difference was that we had to take this aglicurture class that made us shave sheeps, milk cows, and learn about cow stuff. And we said y'alls a lot, and a lot of the guys wore boots to class. And I think I heard enough country music to last me a life time and hereafter. ANd I'm so glad I'm out of there, I seriously don't want to ever go back to that place again.

she was joking...and it was funny...why are you so grouchy about it?

Re: anyone here married

some guys might like village girls. they r def more hard working and skilled in housework than nazuk shehri gals :)

.

Re: anyone here married

^ that's such a stupid question...you can't just generalize people like that!!!one girl maybe materialistic and another village girl wont be...it depends on the person!!!

lahori, why do you have two thread on teh exact same topic????

:omg:

i dont know i think mods would have to delete it now

Oh ho, Lahori Pai.....shaanth ho jaao.

I wasn't trying to insult you....nor mar the character of your non-existent village bride.

I just felt mischievous. I feel I'm allowed that once in a while. You have the right to demand whatever qualities you want in your future spouse. I had wanted to ask you in your "Questions During Rishta" thread about whether or not you'd leave your wife...if you were to find out years later that she's less than pristine. Didn't get around to asking that there...so I did it here.

Now, I will attempt to seriously respond to your question about the differences between an urban and rural girl. First of all, a city girl carries a parasol over her head...and a village carries a matka with paani over hers.

^Alright, I'm kidding.

*************NOW....are you referring to differences between socioeconomic class here? Because you could live in a grand home in the village.......AND.........you could live in poverty in the city.

Differences in general can include those in dressing, manner of speaking, perspectives, exposure and experiences. They can both be educated, but the quality of that education and how far it goes can vary.

Re: anyone here married

:smack:
Can a person from a pind not be a crook? a cheater? have multiple affairs (dhoodwala, chaiwala, bainswala, etc.)? a chalako? etc.
It’s very hard to come up with a generalization.
Some would even say that a gaon ki chokri or chokra will be uneducated. But there are people from pinds who become doctors, lawyers, etc.

Re: anyone here married

^Are you talking to me?

Yes, it's true that some people from the pind can go much farther in life than those who live in the city. Forget pind and city. This sometimes happens even there's a great disparity among the classes.

I think Lahori is more curious about the "character" or "personality" of a village girl compared to a city girl.
