Hello All,

Has anyone experienced using UMS service of Pakistan Post?

Is it dependable or just like any other “sarkari” service. Actually, I am looking to use it for my business despatches and your reviews would help me evaluate it better.

I will be very thankful for your help.

I have used it quite a bit in the past, and it is not that bad. Though not 100% at par with DHL or TCS etc, it is good nonetheless. Price difference is significant when it comes to comparing it with DHL. Service and reliability are fair as well.

I used it until few years back for my business and it was reliable but not as fast as dhl or FedEx. All the hassle of packing them according to specific requirements and official formalities with every parcel was a lot for me since I have multiple shipments every week so I switched to dhl where they offer pickups when required and feasible.

My intentions are to use this service is for domestic despatches only. Would you suggest that?

Even thinking of using Daewoo Cargo service but they don't offer self pick and delivery.

Actually, I am using TCS and thinking of changing due to their unreliable and unpredictable services.

Would appreciate your and other's input.

Leopard could also be an option. But, you suggest not to go with UMS, right?

I have a short experience with it. It is not bad services.
