Bull Ring shopping center closes at 10pm in Birmingham. There are two MacDonald in the city center , they open at 5am, if you arrive at 6am, you can stay in MacDonald for few hours. You can visit Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery in the city center and the library that is newly opened.

Solihull is a small town but there is a big John Lewis in the town center. You can shop around. I don't know about halal places for food but I usually eat at Jimmy Spices that is located on 3 minutes walk from John Lewis. Another option for food is Greggs. You will hardly see Asians there because Solihull is mostly known for white people. Whenever I go, I shop at John Lewis or have coffee at Star bucks with friends, don't know if there is any park closer or other tourist attractions. You can do more things in Birmingham, Solihull is boring apart from branded shopping.

All this is around 30 mins away from where her husband would be working so I guess she is fine in solihull.
Yeah, right. Birmingham is the most boring city on the face of the earth.

She didn’t mention it is 30 minutes away from her husband’s work place in the post . :hmmm:

I was comparing Birmingham with Solihull not Europe. And there was no need of posting that article I read it ages ago. :hehe:

Plenty of Caspian pizza shops here :)
