^^ I like people that laugh at their ignorance; I dont know whether you understand Urdu ma’am but ‘beh-basi’ =helplessness; is what comes to my mind looking at your situation with setting up an email acount.

If this doesnt work may I suggest a post office.
Step 1: Write a letter (hand write it since typing might be a bit to advanced)
Step 2: put the letter in an envelope
Step 3: Go to the post office and buy stamps
Step 4: Lick the stamp and paste it (glue side down) on the upper right hand side of the envelope.
Step 5: Write in readable hand writing the address TO where the letter is supposed to be sent
Step 6: Write either in the back of the envelope or upper left side your address.
Step 7: Lick the back of the envelope (triangle with glue and flap it)
Step 7: mail the letter or give it to the post master.

Wait for the reply.

Yaar apne yeh to likha hee nahiN ke paste stamp on addressee’s side not senders otherwise it’s gona comeback
