Although the form doesnt ask for how many rooms are there in the house we are living in, and it doesnt ask for room spec, we only sent the stuff they required, such as finances proof and wage slips.
if you are living with your parents, you can say that and write a letter from them saying they are happy with this arrangement, but it doesnt ask for rooms in the house, sizes etc…
but the guy on immigrationboards ( FORUM) thinks its osmething i shoudlve sent too..

im in the process of it , i think if your dad/mum writes the letter that you are living with them and they r happy then it should be fine...

there needs to b a letter from an estate agent or council saying how many rooms there are also stating that there is suficient room for another person to come live there :)
