Who do you think would be worthy of a Pride of Performance among the current lot of actors, writers, and directors. I would say none. Reason being, there’s a serious dearth of talent. We do have some good actors, directors but are they extraoridnarily talented ? I would say no, they’re just average to slightly above average. What do you think is the reason for this mediocrity? Why can’t we have another Shoaib Mansoor, Haseena Moin, Moin AKhtar, and Roohi Bano?

The inductees in the Pride of Performance hall of fame, have all been notable veterans of their respective fields so I don't believe the newbies will really be on the list anytime soon. They simply do not fall in the lifetime achievement category that this award stands for.

Roohi Bano got hers at the age of 35. So, you don't havd to wait till your retirement age to get it.
Besides, even ones who 're getting old have not done any exceptional work. May be they'll take another 50 years to do that LOL
