The tune is more recognisable wordwide than the Star Wars theme ,the James Bond theme and the Superman theme combined! Its the Wong Fei Hong theme tune.
The actor at the start is Tuen Sui Tien AKA Simon Yeun. The father of the legendary Chinese movie director Yeun Woo Ping (famous for the matrix fight scenes and those of Crouching Tiger…)
