Basically anything that wont be really very demanding as I want to suggest to a lady who is in her 50's. I would assume Edhi would be a good bet, or maybe something with kids

Their adoption dept. (run by Mrs. Edhi) has a lot of women working for them. Atleast I know they do in Karachi. Dunno about Lahore.
