i am looking for university in some foreign country for Master in Computer science… One of my friend recently told me to apply in South Korea.. they r not only pretty advance in electronics and computers but have quite a few scholarship available too… but i haven;t heard or thought about South Korean university before.. so i m just wandering if guppie here can give me some good suggestions and is in the South Korean academic system.
