I went to Pk in October 2003 as well and got married then.

After that trip I have been there twice already (December 2003 and November 2004), so this is gonna be my third trip since then.

Its colder then I had expected, and very foggy. Its cold enough to wear a jacket (at night).

I just returned after a 5 and a half week trip to Lahore (one month) Quetta (4 days) and Karachi (4 days).
It was a personal trip (my own wedding shopping and attended a few weddings in my family).
This was one of the best trips to Pakistan so far :-)
Had an amazing time.

And yes, Lahore is very cold! Brrrr

Ahan, really did have a great time!
I went to the Badshai masjid with some out of town visitors. Last time I was there was in '99 so I was really excited. We arrived around maghrib and the sky was soooo beautiful. Mesmerizing …
I love these pics I’ve taken, I have more but for now only these are uploaded.

edit: Ok I don’t know how to attach files on this new version of GS :grumpy:

^ click on Go Advanced and then somewhere on the the page you'll see a button 'manage attachements' click on there to upload.

I went to lahore for a day last Decmeber, I visited Baadshahi Masjid, Shahi Qilla, Alama Iqbal's maqbara and Minar-e-pakistan....I was surprised to see that they are located right next to one another. Unfortunatley we didn't stay to see the night life of lahore. I wanted to see the famous 'food street' aswell but it was closed during the day- maybe next time. I'd like to also visit the Border, Shalimar gardens and other historical places.

of anything LKC bhai, lahore or other major cities of pakistan’s tourist sights, shopping, roads, cars, traffic, taanga’s , rakshaw’s, billboards :smiley:

The other place i’d like to visit is Karachi - i’d like to visit the famous clifton beach. have u any pics of Karachi LKC?

i’ll post some pics of my trip to pakistan last december
