little bit of soar throat turning into flu and recently jaming up the whole nasal cavity, cant breath. Massive headache, very very soar throat and feeling pain in eyes. Light in the eyes hurt. Head is feeling very heavy.. . . . . .in short, i guess its flu and its the 1st time i m having it in my life.
Using vicks balm to open up my nose, tried tea 2 times. Had panadol extra last night and just had 2 more . . ..

Boil a cinnamon stick in water.. add a small piece of ginger to it and let it boil.. add honey to this and drink it warm.
Cinnamon is daar chini.. sandal is sandalwood! Nooo

A neti-pot will clear out your sinuses instantly!
Also, its a really good idea to see your doc. If its the flu, you prob will just have to ride it out but if its bronchitus and/or pneumonia you would need antibiotics.

Thanks every one for the tips 
it got really bad after few hours, adding to the list was light fever so called the family doctor and had 1st dose of pills last night , , ,and over night it got better. Just got up and I m feeling well and normal now except my throat is still a bit soar. that syrup ll fix that i m sure. Few more doses of pills and i ll be fine.
