i so know what u mean and how u must be feeling … but to be honest there aint no tips for that really … its just hell easier if u go to a female doc if u r a girl …
just rememeber its only a day job to them.

its easier to go to female doctor if ure a female urself.. or a male doctor if ure male. Remember, its better to be late/scared/horrified/shy for a day , than to be sorry.

It's for the sake of your health... and they're not going to be shocked by what they see... they've been exposed to "intimate parts" of the anatomy since dissection in year 1 med school.
Just breathe and relax.... all will be ok. Good luck. :)

Whether doc is male or female makes no difference. I am a man and I have had a rectal exam done by a woman specialist. Honestly I was more worried about the diagnosis than the exam. They are professionals. They are not looking at your privates to get their jollies.
