One would have to be an idiot to believe that even a group like the Taliban would condone an open letter that includes statements like, (accept islam, or else your women will be raped, and kids will be made into beggars?) WTF.

Taliban rats are using every possible tactics to create fear amonst people. Muslim khan needs to act like a man and come out of his hideout and atleast face the army.they are bloody cowards and can only think of such cheap stuff.
