Only the bestest part of Chinese cuisine :hayaa:

It can be either steamed or deepfried - and are kind of like dumplings. It’s filled with vegetables or seafood or beef/pork (unfortunately no halal places so I’ve never enjoyed the meat ones). They usually serve it in bamboo steamers and it’s best to go out with a bunch of friends to eat since you can order 5-6 different varieties and then sample from each of the steamers.

I think an Indian equivalent (though the taste is different) would be momos or Ukrainian steamed perogies.

apparently, kareena kapoor ate those the entire time they were shooting in Ladak, so i guess they're super healthy if ur tryina lose weight
