Any remedies for cold sinus & allergies?

I catch cold very easily from others and it usually becomes really bad for me.

For instance, I’d see others coughing and sneezing. They’d probably take some light anti-biotic and they’d be recovering soon.

However, for me, it always ends up in my sinuses. For instance, I caught cold and bad throat from sis. Within no time, I had my ears hurting and head all stuffed.

Anti-biotics do help, but they take a while to work on me.

Are there any desi and/or herbal remedies that work for cold sinus and allergies?

I thought I was the only one. And living in Canada doesnt help. Sadiyah all Ive been told is I should take vitamins. Yuck :frowning:

Get yourself checked for allergies. It took doctors a while till they figured I have allergies. So now I've been given allergy spray, but I don't use it often. This is another reason why I end up catching cold so easily.

Take vitamin C tablets or eat loads of oranges, it builds immunity.
