Any recent comment from Imran on extremism in the country?

In the recent rally in lahore, imran made several promises. Like end of corruption, no nepotism, etc.
I personally believe that he means what he is saying. And I expect him to try to do just as he is promising. At least this is my belief at this moment.

But this very belief is quite upsetting. Because imran did not mention war on terror, or action against extremist killers in the country in the list of promises he made.

If this is true then it means that such an important issue is his low priority. Even though this is the very reason Pakistan is seeing so much destruction all across the country.

Is there something I missed? Did imran say anything on action against terrorist in the country?

^ he did mention about eradicating zulm from the country, but I dont think he could complete his speech due to the weather.

The manifesto was to be announced as well, which had to be put off because of inclement weather. Priority was to administer the oath to the elected officials. Im sure the manifesto, once announced, will include reference to terrorism as well.

IK previous interview.

Re: Any recent comment from Imran on extremism in the country?

sorry i forgot to ask that did he discuss Zulam-o-Sitam of MQM and case on AH BHAI :@:

Re: Any recent comment from Imran on extremism in the country?

He presented 6 points and none of these points was about eradication or confrontation with extremism in the country.
While extremism is not Imran's priority, it is precisely the reason Pakistan is in abyss today.

Re: Any recent comment from Imran on extremism in the country?

On the other hand, I don’t think he will say anything against Taliban or Sipahe Sahaba terrorism at all.

Today he announced seat adjustment with the infamous Jamat e Islami. I am not surprised at all. But I wonder why people like you can’t see what ideology he is following when his friends are people like Jamatis.

Birds of a feather flock together.

Elections: PTI to work out seat adjustment with JI – The Express Tribune

LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Chief Syed Munawar Hassan held a meeting to discuss **seat adjustment between both the parties across Pakistan **for the upcoming elections, Express News reported on Sunday.

Re: Any recent comment from Imran on extremism in the country?

I agree with you that PTI, JI, ASWJ and TTP are the birds of the same flock.

What do you say about this? Although MQM has been a strong proponent of military operations against TTP?

Re: Any recent comment from Imran on extremism in the country?

Imran Khan was supposed to unveil his party's manifesto and take oath of 80000 newly elected members which could not be done due to the weather. He took the oath later but there was no media coverage of the event.
