Any RAZR users around?

Re: Any RAZR users around?

Sadiyah, I currently have a black razr (Cingular)--and have had it for about 6 months. The phone is beautiful to look at, and because of it's slim size it can fit in your pocket, purse, backback, etc without much hassle. I love the design of the phone, but I am having some problems with a buzzing noise during phone calls. I'm not sure if it started because I happened to drop my phone twice on hard wood floors or if it is a defect in the phone. The phone gets better reception than my old Motorola V400 and older Nokia models, and the battery life is about average. I can go without charging my phone for two days if I don't use it for long conversations (i.e. 3-4 hours plus of continuous talk time). The issue of having multiple line items for the same contact is an issue with any motorola phone, and not just the Razr. Texting is ok, but because of the slim interface, you may be slowed down because the keys are harder to depress. Also, the screen catches oil from your face, so you will have to keep wiping it to keep it clean. It does have a large screen though, so you won't have any problems seeing!

Overall, I love the phone for its sleek design. It's fun to use for phone calls and to carry around, and for all of the options its a good buy for simple cell phone use. (Especially now that the prices are dropping!).
