Well if you can speak urdu and punjabi then you are 90% there:)

There are a lot of Kashmiris in Bham so I am sure there will be more (in fact at least 50% of Pakistanis in the Uk are from Kashmir):)

This is a dialect of Punjabi like someone earlier stated. Basically this language is known as Potowari by those who live in the Potowar area i.e. Distt Rawalpindi, Dina side up toJhelum; it as known as Mirpuri / Pahari by those who live in Azad Kashmir. It basically is the same language but known differently.

By the way I think over 50% of Pakistanis are Kashmiris in UK.

I speak Potowari/Mirpuri/Pahari.

By the way - there is a programme on DM Digitial called 'Asa Na Kashmir'; this is presented in Potwari/Mirpuri. The previous presenter of this programme Tariq Butt used to speak this language sweetly.
