Sorry to say … Oil contains energy from an ignition to start it gasolene will continue to burn on it’s own heat, but this flame coming from the salt water requires a continuous supply of external focussed radio waves to keep it burning. So the energy needed to power the rf transmitter will be required in the first place continuously. Splitting H and O from H2O is an energy intensive process.
However, I like the cancer cure approach … And I never knew it was possible to split O and H by mere radio waves, which is really cool I guess, but not a problem solver really.
