Any one following the Rajaratnam case???

Apparently this is one of the biggest insider trading case in 20 years. I know indians are following this case with extreme interest as it also surrounds Rajat Gupta who is a very big name in indian community because of his philanthropic activities and involvement with IIT.

On it’s own the case is itself interesting because most of the strong evidence against Rajaratnam is in form of wiretaps which is still a questionable medium.

What do you think the outcome will be? Is he going to be acquitted like the Michael Lauer or will be convicted?

damn why would anyone in pakistan be concerned with this man who ever he is?

Re: Any one following the Rajaratnam case???

How are wiretaps questionable? Heck, the judges are well versed with that lingo unlike the whole computer stuff which stumps old judges in the court room still today.
